(b) FOB: Under this procedure the buyer is required to visit for the inspection of the gold, on satisfactory he is required to pay for the gold and export by himself or whereby there is an agreement, the buyer pays 3% government of the quantity of the gold he is buying; while one of our staff will accompany him with the goods to his refinery for the final assay report.
